Hi! Welcome. I’m Molly Jenkins (she/her). I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) holding a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University. I’m a Certified Hypnotist (CHt) as of 2010, and I am currently in the process of becoming a Certified Sex Therapist (CST). I was educated in a community which recognizes the delicate interplay of thought, feeling and action, as well as the deeper influences of soul and spirit. I bring those values into my practice.

In therapy, you’ll be talking a lot about yourself and how you got to the place you’re in now. It can be strange and difficult to talk about yourself at first, so I’ll start. I grew up in a family coping with mental illness, marital discord, substance abuse, and high levels of conflict. It seemed like a natural progression to pursue a career in mental health. I’m no stranger to the challenge of simple survival and as I’ve grown personally and in my practice, I’ve thought a lot about how to make meaning out of life’s chaos.

There’s nothing more fascinating to me than the personal stories of our fellow humans. Our stories change when we relate to others, fall in and out of love, build families, endure painful transitions, and pursue our aspirations. When clients share with me their pain and grief, triumphs and successes, the narrative of their life changes as they recount and remember. With every recollection, change is happening. Within the transfer of information comes transformation. I will sit with you as you reveal your story to reach a place of balance and integration.

Come in and let’s talk. I look forward to working with you!
